Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
The Peptide Catalog (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it with third parties, and the choices you have. By using thepeptidecatalog.com or submitting any form on the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three categories.
1. Information you give us directly
- Newsletter / deal-alert subscriptions: email address, plus optional name, when you sign up for content or vendor-discount alerts.
- Telehealth lead forms: first and last name, email address, phone number, two-letter state code, and an optional primary-goal selection (fat loss, muscle growth, etc.) when you submit a form requesting a telehealth match or callback. We also capture the timestamp, IP address, and user-agent of your TCPA consent and the exact disclosure text you agreed to.
- Contact form submissions: any information you provide when you contact us directly.
2. Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: page views, session duration, referrer, device type, approximate location (city / region / country), and interaction events. We use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity):click and scroll behavior with all form fields and personal data automatically masked. Used to diagnose UX issues only.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookies section below.
3. Information from third parties
- When a telehealth network or advertiser partner accepts a lead from us, the partner may share back lead-disposition data (accepted, rejected, scheduled) for our analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To send you the newsletter or deal alerts you opted into.
- To match telehealth lead-form submissions with licensed telehealth provider partners in your state, and to enable those partners to contact you about telehealth services.
- To respond to your inquiries and customer-support requests.
- To analyze site traffic, usage patterns, and conversion performance for editorial and product decisions.
- To comply with applicable law and respond to legal process.
Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as described below.
Telehealth lead-form data
When you submit a telehealth lead form, your name, email, phone number, state, primary-goal selection, and TCPA consent metadata are transmitted to one or more affiliate-network partners (which may include MaxBounty, Aragon Advertising, A4D, Ringba, and other CPL/PPCall networks we work with) and to the advertiser those networks route you to. Advertiser partners include licensed telehealth providers and clinics such as Hims, Ro, Form Health, Henry Meds, Eden, MEDVi, and similar.
Each network and advertiser maintains its own privacy policy and is responsible for the data once it receives it. We do not control how partners handle the information after transfer. Lead-form data is shared because you have consented to be contacted by us and our telehealth partners (this is the disclosure you accepted in the form's consent checkbox).
Service providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate the site (Render for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for DNS and analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). These vendors process data only to provide their service and cannot use it for their own marketing.
Legal compliance
We may share information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person.
We do NOT sell or rent your personal information
We do not sell your name, email, phone, or other personal information for general marketing purposes outside the telehealth lead-routing context described above. We do not participate in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Phone Calls and Text Messages (TCPA)
If you submit a telehealth lead form, you provide express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive marketing calls and text messages (including by automated dialing, prerecorded voice, or text messaging) from The Peptide Catalog and its telehealth partner clinics, at the phone number provided, even if it is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send, or by emailing [email protected] with “Revoke consent” in the subject line. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Once you opt out, we will not sell or transfer your phone number to any new third party.
We retain records of TCPA consent (timestamp, IP address, user-agent, exact disclosure text shown) for a minimum of four (4) years as required by federal regulation, even after you revoke consent or delete your account.
