Peptide Calculator Trends — October 2026
Our reconstitution and dosing calculators logged 2,959 calculations between September 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 (UTC days). 1,880 were tied to a specific peptide; the other 36% came from the general calculator without one. This page reports which peptides are calculated most and which vial size, bacteriostatic water volume and amount visitors entered most often.
The figures are aggregate counts of values typed or selected in a calculator by a self-selected group of visitors. They show what people chose to calculate — not how anyone used a peptide, and not whether any setup is appropriate, safe or effective.
Research-context information only. Compounds named below are research peptides; some are investigational drugs not approved by the FDA. The figures are counts of values visitors entered into an arithmetic tool — they report what was calculated, not what should be done, and nothing on this page is a dosing recommendation. Possession or use of investigational drugs outside an authorized clinical trial may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Consult a licensed physician for personal medical decisions.
Most-calculated peptides
Peptides with at least 30 calculations, ranked by all-time count. Share is of the 1,880 calculations tied to a peptide.

Most common setups by peptide
These are the values visitors typed into a calculator, reported as counts. They are not documented protocols or recommended amounts. For each peptide above, every setup entered at least 30times is listed (up to five); share is of that peptide's calculations.
KLOW — 947 calculations
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Amount entered by visitors | Calculations | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 80 mg | 3 mL | 2 mg | 356 | 37.6% |
| 80 mg | 2 mL | 4 mg | 203 | 21.4% |
| 80 mg | 3 mL | 4 mg | 180 | 19.0% |
| 80 mg | 3 mL | 8 mg | 31 | 3.3% |
GHK-Cu — 134 calculations
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Amount entered by visitors | Calculations | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 mg | 2 mL | 1.7 mg | 45 | 33.6% |
No single setup has reached 30 calculations yet for Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, NAD+, MOTS-C, Tesamorelin, Glutathione — their entries are spread across many different setups, so none is published.
Vial sizes entered
The vial sizes entered at least 30times for each peptide, with their share of that peptide's calculations. Remaining sizes fall under the floor.
| Peptide | Vial sizes (share of calculations) |
|---|---|
| KLOW | 80 mg (100.0%) |
| Tirzepatide | 30 mg (44.0%) · 10 mg (37.3%) |
| Retatrutide | 10 mg (39.5%) · 30 mg (22.3%) |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg (85.1%) |
| NAD+ | 500 mg (49.5%) · 1000 mg (41.6%) |
| MOTS-C | 10 mg (95.8%) |
Method
- What is logged. When a visitor changes a value in one of our calculators — the general reconstitution calculator, the per-peptide calculator pages or a calculator embedded in a guide — the settled setup is counted: vial size, diluent volume, entered amount and syringe size, against a UTC calendar day. Only the count for each setup is stored. There are no names, accounts, IP addresses, cookies or session ids in this data.
- Attribution. A per-peptide calculator or embedded calculator records the peptide it belongs to. The general calculator records one only when the visitor arrived from a peptide page; otherwise the calculation counts toward the totals but not toward any peptide.
- De-duplication.A value has to stay unchanged for about 2.5 seconds before it counts, so typing “250” is not logged as 2, 25 and 250. Each setup counts once per page view. A calculator's starting values are not counted unless the visitor changes something, so the setup a calculator opens with is under-counted.
- Pre-filled calculators. Where one setup holds at least 15% of a peptide's calculations (and at least 30of them), that peptide's calculator page opens with it and labels it as pre-filled. Nothing is counted from a pre-filled calculator until the visitor touches a control.
- Thresholds. No figure on this page rests on fewer than 30 calculations: smaller peptides, setups and vial sizes are withheld or folded into a remainder. Setups that differ only in display unit or syringe size are combined. Guide sections built from this data appear only once a peptide passes 100 calculations.
- Limits. The counter is anonymous and cannot verify who is entering values; implausible inputs are rejected, but the figures describe a self-selected group of visitors, not peptide use in general. Counts refresh automatically, typically within six hours.
